ShopEase is a full-featured multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace enabling hundreds of vendors to sell across product categories with a seamless buyer experience, integrated payments, and a powerful seller dashboard.

The Challenge

The client wanted a competitive marketplace alternative with lower vendor commission rates and better seller tools. Existing solutions were too expensive, inflexible, or lacked proper multi-language support for Indian markets.

Our Solution

We architected ShopEase from the ground up with a Laravel-based microservices approach. The platform features a PWA storefront, multi-tier vendor onboarding, AI-powered product recommendations, integrated Razorpay and Stripe gateways, automated GST invoice generation, and real-time logistics tracking.

Launched with 150+ verified vendors on Day 1. Over 10,000 products listed in the first month. Order processing time reduced by 60%. Platform handles 5,000+ daily transactions with zero downtime.
